At HitStuff, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We may ask for photos of the defect/damage to help us process your request.
Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than product defects or shipping damage.
Due to the nature of our products (textile filler and related items), we cannot accept returns once opened or used, unless defective.
How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll issue your refund or replacement promptly.
Shipping Costs
If a return is required for defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
You will not be responsible for return shipping charges on approved defective items.
