HitStuff began with a birthday gift and a long stretch of frustration.

My twin brother, who had been training Muay Thai for years, sent me a heavy bag for my birthday. I was excited to hang it up and start training, but I quickly discovered the part no one talks about: actually filling the thing. What should have been a simple weekend project turned into a year-and-a-half delay. I kept searching for an easy solution, but the advice was always the same — buy hundreds of pounds of used clothes from thrift stores, cut them up for hours, and slowly stuff the bag piece by piece.

So I tried it.

And it was miserable.

I spent hours sitting on the floor cutting shirts until my hands were blistered. The room looked like a textile bomb went off — piles of fabric everywhere, inconsistent scraps, and nothing close to the clean, dense fill a punching bag needs. After all that work, the bag still didn’t feel right. That’s when it hit me: there had to be a better way.

That idea became HitStuff.

I started sourcing clean, recycled textiles and having them professionally shredded so they were the perfect texture — dense enough for striking, soft enough to protect your wrists, and consistent all the way through. No cutting, no mess, no guesswork. For the first time, filling a bag took minutes instead of hours.

Today, HitStuff ships that same high-quality filler straight to your door. You open the box, pour it in, and your heavy bag is fully packed in five minutes. No thrift store runs. No piles of clothes. No wasted time. Just a clean, dense, ready-to-train heavy bag.

What started as my personal struggle — and a gift from my twin brother that sat untouched for far too long — grew into a mission: make training more accessible by eliminating the hardest part of owning a punching bag.

HitStuff is built on simplicity, performance, and sustainability. We use 100% recycled materials, giving them new life in a product that helps fighters, beginners, and gyms get straight to the grind.

Real Filler. Real Grind.

That’s our story — and now it’s part of your training.
