Thank you for choosing HitStuff. We work hard to ship your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items

  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST may begin processing the next business day

  • No weekend or holiday processing

During high-volume periods, processing may extend slightly.


2. Flat-Rate Shipping

HitStuff uses simple flat-rate shipping, so you always know what to expect.

Your shipping cost is based solely on the weight tier of your order, regardless of destination within the United States.

Flat-rate pricing will be displayed clearly at checkout.


3. Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Typical transit times:

  • West Coast: 1–3 business days

  • Southwest / Mountain States: 2–4 business days

  • Midwest: 3–5 business days

  • East Coast: 4–6 business days

  • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your package

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


5. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please verify your address before submitting your order.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect:

  • Delivery may be delayed

  • Carriers may charge correction or re-delivery fees

  • Returned packages may require additional shipping payment to resend

HitStuff is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

HitStuff is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Missing packages after carrier delivery confirmation

  • Packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will help initiate a carrier claim.


7. Multiple Box Shipments

Larger orders may ship in multiple boxes.
Boxes may arrive on different days. Tracking numbers will be provided for each box.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
We may expand in the future as logistics for heavy items improve.


9. Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier issues

  • Holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

We will assist in tracking your shipment but do not control carrier timelines.
