At HitStuff, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

• If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• We may ask for photos of the defect/damage to help us process your request.
• Once approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than product defects or shipping damage.
• Due to the nature of our products (textile filler and related items), we cannot accept returns once opened or used, unless defective.
